On his arrival at Kiyosato Hospital, Shuji feels the weight of his father's long-ago death during surgery and resolves to uncover the cause. He meets the assistant director, the surgeon involved in that operation, and is startled to find his former girlfriend now married to him under circumstances that raise immediate questions.
