Tsutomu spends his days helping at the family flower shop while sharing a home with his brother and sister-in-law, Mai. With his brother often away on extended business trips, the evenings grow quiet and lonely for Mai. One night, Tsutomu unexpectedly comes upon her seeking comfort in her empty bedroom and gently responds to her unspoken needs. The next morning, Mai carries on as if nothing occurred, leaving Tsutomu increasingly unsettled and determined to address the tension between them.
