Having regained his health, Ryuki prepares to check out of the hospital yet finds himself drawn to stay after glimpsing the private fascinations of the nursing staff. The head nurse pursues her own distinctive form of release with colleagues, while another nurse seeks constant connection in surprising ways. Intrigued by the director and the varied desires among the remaining personnel, Ryuki decides to extend his stay and engage with each of them before finally departing.
