As the storm seals off the ski resort, Private Detective Susuki confronts the sudden murder of one guest and begins questioning the remaining vacationers. Working alongside his adopted daughter, he examines their hidden histories and stumbles upon fragments of his own past that complicate the case. Suspicion grows among the group, and several guests begin to direct blame toward Susuki, forcing him to separate truth from rumor before the killer can strike again.
